Is he going to be hard on me?
He is patient, and he is not easily satisfied. Those are not in conflict. What he won't do is tell you you're ready when you aren't. That would be the unkind thing.
Why not just use ChatGPT free?
You can — people do, and it's genuinely useful. But it will agree with your wrong answers if you push back, it hands you the answer the moment you struggle, and it will never tell you "don't book the exam yet."
I just need to pass fast. Is this for me?
Honestly — maybe not. If your exam is in ten days, drill a question bank. Socrates is for people who want to pass and still have the knowledge in the interview, and on the job, months later.
